A family tradition

The selection and engagement in the meat trade began in 1895 and 1960, with the production of prepared meat ready to be cooked has reached a successful growing year after year.

The food world has changed for some years, many employers no longer have as main objective the production of healthy food quality and, in the treatment of meat, often make use of chemical additives to change the color and prolong the storage of products.

Abbreccia The family has always moved in the opposite direction, continuing to advance from generation to generation one goal, seek and offer only meat from Italian farms and treated in a natural way. This choice proved to be rewarding and that, year after year, has always received unqualified praise of customers.

In 2007 the business breakthrough. The question of a friend, now a member, was: you can guarantee the quality of your products to a wider audience?
The answer was the birth of Hamburghè, a young and dynamic, whose foundations are based on four generations of workers in the meat industry.
